Payment :

Clients must pay the total amount in advance before the new month begins. Work will start only after receiving the payment. 8 days before the new month, Poorva Creativity will provide an update for next month’s plan confirmation, and 5 days before, the invoice will be shared. If the client’s confirmation or payment is delayed, the client should provide a specific deadline. If the deadline is missed, Poorva Creativity reserves the right to pause or stop all ongoing project activities. Poorva Creativity accepts only full advance payments, not in installments. If the client’s plan confirmation is delayed, a minimum of 3 working days is required for planning. The project start and end date will be strictly limited to 30 days (monthly cycle). The timeline will not be extended due to internal delays, approvals, or other issues from the client’s side.

Work Terms :

As per our business policy, if a client requires any urgent post, they must inform us at least 1 day in advance. Same-day delivery will not be possible. After receiving the client’s monthly confirmation, Poorva Creativity will share post topics and content strategy.

If the client wants to make changes in the strategy or topics, they must do so on the same day or before giving final approval.

Once approved, it becomes difficult to modify the monthly plan.

Any extra posts, videos, or creatives not included in the confirmed plan will be charged additionally. Creative files (images, designs) will be shared in AI or PSD formats.

Posts are designed only for social media marketing use, not for printing purposes. If the client requires printing for any creative, additional charges will apply based on the requirement. Any extra paid campaign setup (beyond the monthly plan) will be charged at 2000 per campaign .

Creative Images & Video Terms :

For each creative, clients can request changes only once. If the requested changes are valid and missed by Poorva Creativity, they will be corrected. To avoid confusion, only one authorized person from the client’s side should coordinate with our social media executive and graphic designer regarding content and design revisions .

After Project Completion Terms :

After project completion, Poorva Creativity will share all project details and deliverables within 5 working days.

The client must verify and confirm within this period. After that, Poorva Creativity will not be responsible for any issues or disputes related to the completed work .
